Winter TV Preview: Switched at Birth

Switched at Birth, ABC Family
Returns Monday, January 7 at 8/7c

Constance Marie is has one of the most complicated … at least on TV. As Regina Vasquez on ABC Family’s drama Switched at Birth, her character is a recovering alcoholic who has been dealing with the drama surrounding a hospital mistake that left her raising the wrong child. Add in issues with her own mother, as well as a mix of man problems, and you get the perfect recipe for disaster… and critical acclaim. Last year, the Mexican American actress earned a Gracie Award for Outstanding Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Drama Series or Special for her nuanced portrayal of Regina.

She's a pop culture junkie who watches way too much television, and she still hoards magazines.
