Winter TV Preview: Once Upon A Time

It came as no surprise when Lana Parrilla was named Favorite Villain in TV Guide‘s Fan Favorites Awards last April. The 35-year-old half-Puerto Rican American actress is nothing short of brilliant as The Evil Queen/Regina Mills on ABC’s fairy tale drama Once Upon a Time. And in the second half of the instahit series’ second season, expect increased mama drama between Parrilla’s character and her wicked mother, Cora/The Queen of Hearts. The woman she thought she’d gotten rid of via a magic mirror resurfaced this season and she’s managed to escape fairy tale land to undoubtedly wreak havoc on her daughter’s life in Storybrooke in the second half of the season.
