During the first season of NBC’s Fashion Star, reality-TV-star-turned-fashion-designer Nicole Richie proved to be the reality competition’s brightest star. And, now she’ll be back to mentor the designers who will be creating clothes they hope will be purchased by a buyer from this season’s retailers: Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Express (who replaces H&M).
