The Music Never Stops Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Microsoft Corporation (“Promotional Partner”) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win the prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion. TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. ET on August 13, 2008 (the “Entry Period”), visit http://www.latina.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 13, 2008 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, per day for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple daily entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or before August 29, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within ten (10) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner selected. If winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
PRIZES (30): Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) Zune 4GB MP3 Player; Approximate Retail Value (ARV): one hundred forty nine dollars ($149.00). All federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize details shall be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.
