'American Idol' Top 8: Who Are You Rooting For?

American Idol got its groove back! 

Wednesday night, the top eight competitors from season 13 took to the stage to perform the songs they sang in their initial auditions. This was good news for the contestants and the audience, because the singers already knew these songs backwards and forwards. 

As a result, American Idol delivered its strongest showing of the season, with all eight contestants singing their heart out to tunes by Aretha Franklin, Ed Sheeran, Adele, and more. 

The judges -- Harry Connick Jr., Keith Urban, and Jennifer Lopez -- are allowed one 'save' per season, and there's a good shot they'll use it Thursday night to keep anyone from going home. With eight outstanding performances, it's hard to determine which contestant deserves to be let go.
