It’s Cuban Independence Day, and never – at least not since the original Independence Day – have there been more reasons to celebrate the little island country that could.
Cuba has had a big year, and to honor it, we’ve rounded up some of its most traditional and most beloved recipes. After all, what better way to show love and respect for people and place than with food? Happy Día de la Independencia, Cuba!
