Last night on NBC’s The Voice, the field was cut from 8 contestants down to the Final Four and two Latinos (Vicci Martinez of Tacoma, Washington and Javier Colon of Bridgeport, Connecticut) were chosen by their coaches (and America) to compete in next week’s season finale!

We know we’ve been hoping Christina would start changing up her look on The Voice (sort of like a different Latina TV judge did so famously), but we might be taking back our wish. On last night’s show, Christina crimped her long platinum hair, clipped in a fluorescent pink hair extension, then twisted it all up into a beehive-esque updo.

One of the things that we really like about The Voice is that the celebrity “coaches” are willing to put their money where their voice is and perform. Last night the judges sang a kick-ass Queen medley together (see video below) but then Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton also performed with their team, which was very cool.
