A 14-year-old boy was recently arrested and charged with murder while trying to cross the border from Mexico to San Diego. Authorities are claiming the young teen, named Edgar Jimenez, aka "El Ponchis," has been working as a hitman for the Pacifico Sur drug cartel based out of Cuernavaca, Mexico.
He reportedly worked alongside his 16-year-old sister, who dumped the headless bodies after her brother had finished his job. Jimenez, who was paid three thousand dollars per murder, told authorities that he had decapitated numerous rivals for the cartel.
