Eva Longoria has always been an outspoken and proud Latina. She even went back to school a few years ago to get her MA in Chicano Studies and to brush up on her Spanish. We love that she is always so involved in political issues surrounding our community and that she is an outspoken advocate for countless organizations from MALDEF to the NCLR and the campaign to create a National Museum of the American Latino. Here's what she had to say about growing up Latina in Texas.

When Rosie Perez goes back to her home in Puerto Rico, she tells Access Hollywood it’s nothing like it is over here in the states! We’re not sure how she does it but super hot mamacita, Jessica Alba says she still saves room for her favorite comfort foods. Jess told Access Hollywood, “the thing that’s the most comforting, because we had it everyday is probably chorizo and eggs.” As for her little one, Honor, her tummy is starting to embrace her Latin roots too! Turns out Gloria Estefan isn’t just a queen on the mic but in the kitchen too! Gloria tells Access Hollywood that she embraced her Latin culture in her restaurants too! “We wanted to promote our culture,” she says.
