Latina.com caught up with Taboo of multiplatinum hip-pop group The Black Eyed Peas last week during Fashion's Night Out at the Saks Fifth Avenue kick off event for Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. We asked him about his exclusive new collection with high-end Asian sneaker company Jump, and the animated rapper was more than game to dish all the deets.

Multiplatinum recording artist Taboo of The Black Eyed Peas, is collaborating with Jump Deluxe to introduce a new limited edition sneaker line called TABOOXJUMP.
The collection consists of four styles and will launch this week at Saks Fifth Avenue. Taboo will make an appearance at the New York City store for a special Fashion’s Night Out event this Friday, Sept. 10, 2010. Lucky guests will even get an opportunity to have their new kicks autographed by Taboo.

Taboo, of the Black Eyed Peas has recorded a song protesting Arizona's SB 1070 bill, scheduled to go into effect tomorrow, July 29th. He starts off the single, entitled "One Heart, One Beat" by spelling out the motivation behind the recording. "It takes one person to stand up for what he believes in," says Taboo. "I believe there’s been an injustice in Arizona.

The Black Eyed Peas rapper Taboo married his long-term girlfriend Jaymie Dizon at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Pasadena, CA this past weekend. The half-Mexican musician, whose real name is Jaime Luis Gómez, swapped "I Do"s with his fashion publicist fiancée in front of 150 guests, including his bandmates Fergie and Will.i.am (who also served as a groomsman), as well as the Duchess's own fiancé, Josh Duhamel.
