Panamanian actor and musician Ruben Blades is back on-screen! The 63-year-old is starring in the action-packed thriller Safe House. The movie includes a set of A-list actors including Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington. Blades plays a character named Toby Frost in the new flick directed by Daniel Espinosa.

At a Mexico City press conference for her latest movie, Cristiada, Eva Longoria (who co-stars with Andy Garcia) told reporters in Spanish: “Sorry about my Spanish. I was born in the United States, but I’m Mexican to the core.”

The stars came out last night to celebrate the Latin Grammy Awards in Sin City, and the show was an interesting combination of circus freakery, casino gaudiness and Latin love.
The two highlight performances of the evening had to be Calle 13's rousing performance with Rubén Blades of their socially conscious hit, "La Perla," and Alejandro Sanz’s duet with Alicia Keys for their single, "Looking for Paradise."
