A Growing Number of Latinos Are Not Religious

A Pew Hispanic Center National Survey shows that with each new generation, Latinos have become ingreasingly less religious. The survey shows that while around one in ten foreign-born Latinos are not religiously affiliated (9 percent), that number doubles for native-born Latinos (20 percent). Third-generation Latinos continue the trend, wtih 24 percent reporting that they are not religiously affiliated.
