When it comes to making dinner, let's admit it: we don't always have all the time in the world to make a healthy, delicious meal. Often, being busy at work (and in life) keeps us from making the healthiest choices, and eating out can take a toll on our waistlines. We fell for the Stuffed Chiles Rellenos recipe right away, since this is no ordinary stuffed pepper! The combination of the spicy meat and spicy tomato sauce with the rice and cheese make for a filling meal. That's why we were surprised to find that each pepper is only 561 calories! Tell us: is there anything better than an easy-to-make meal that is also low in calories? We didn't think so.

Last week, we were lucky enough to receive a visit from chef Aarón Sánchez. Stopping by the Latina offices, he and the Ortega team shared news about an exciting new product, the Fiesta Flats. These fun taco shells are a great way to serve appetizers, and chef Aarón has developed some exciting new recipes for Ortega featuring the Fiesta Flats and the Fiesta Flat Minis. Naturally gluten-free, we loved the versatility of these shells, whether you're serving up some of your favorite ceviche or making them a part of your DIY taco bar.
For our money, one of the best recipes was this super-easy take on a layered dip. For a simple but sure-to-wow-them appetizer, try Aarón Sánchez's Seven-Layer Dip Fiesta Flats!

Bey is the queen of the world, which means this guacamole shuts down every other guac period. But seriously, you'll fall crazy in love with Yonce's Mexican guacamole (No Solange kick included, which means if you're not a fan of spice this is the guac for you). Enjoy!
