On Tuesday, Dr. Phil sent out a tweet asking, "If a girl is drunk, is it OK to have sex with her? Reply yes or no to @drphil #teensaccused"

According to MSN Now, Twitter users quickly began making accusations that Dr. Phil's tweet was excusing rape.

One user reponded, "The answer is No, Never you jackass. And then you kick whoever asked you in the throat." Another tweeted, "Is @drphil a moron or an a**hole? So hard to decide."

Media has been buzzing with the news of the Steubenville, Ohio rape case, which involved two young high school boys and one young woman. The verdict handed down Sunday convicted the two young football stars, Trent Mays, 17, and Ma'lik Richmond, 16, of rape. Mays was sentenced to at least two years in the state juvenile system, while Richmond was sentenced to one year. Both could end up in juvenile jail until they are 21, at the discretion of the State Department of Youth Services.

Sad, but supposedly true. A 9-year-old girl named Dafne reportedly gave birth to a healthy 5.7 pound baby girl by cesarean section on Jan. 27 at Zoquipan Hospital in Jalisco, Mexico. The girl was only 8 years old when she became pregnant.

The father of the child is 17 and apparently on the run. Dafne said they were dating and when he asked her to move in with him, she refused. State authorities are searching for the father of the child to get his own account of their relationship. He may be criminally charged for having sex with a minor.
