Has the legendary Chupacabra (aka that mythical creature known to suck the blood of livestock and first reported in Puerto Rico way back in 1995) scurried its way back into the limelight? According to Darrin Jackson, it has. The Arizona civilian told ABC local affiliate reporters that he noticed something unusual running from a park while he was driving his kids to school.

We were bummed to hear that Johnny Depp pulled out of the lead role in the verbosely-titled Seven Friends of Pancho Villa and the Woman with Six Fingers, because come on, you can never get enough Depp. But our frowns turned upside down the minute we heard who is up to replace him! Two new contenders have emerged for the role of the Mexican revolutionary general: Benicio del Toro and Gael Garcia Bernal. It’s a tough choice since both are so talented (and sexy!) so we need your input:

And Salma Hayek is going to costar! While we're disappointed that the part of Pancho Villa isn't being given to any number of talented Latino actors who would kill the role if given the chance, we'd be livid if we didn't love Johnny Depp so much! And given the fact that he's just wrapped filming on The Rum Diaries in Puerto Rico and spends a ton of time in the Caribbean, he's practically Latino anyway, right?
