Selena Gomez recently admitted that part of the reason she fell so sick over the weekend was that she is a junk food addict and was not eating right. With a schedule as crazy as hers, this is something that the former Disney teen queen really has to stay on top of—unless she wants to find herself in the hospital again! We can't really blame her, when life gets crazy busy (as it always seems to be for Gomez) it's hard to take the time out to really take care of yourself.
