One of Latina’s 25 Brightest Stars Under 25, Carlos Pena is a triple threat (actor, singer, dancer) best known for his current role as Carlos Garcia on Nickelodeon’s music-themed teen sitcom, Big Time Rush.
On the show, which premiered in November of 2009 and tells the story of four friends from Minnesota who move to L.A. to follow their dreams of boy band stardom, Pena plays the comic relief character.

Move over Victoria Justice—there’s another young Latina making a name for herself at Nickelodeon!
Nathalia Ramos is the new star of Nickeldeon’s hit, House of Anubis. The live-action show is an adventure series that follows eight students who are trying to solve a hidden mystery at an English boarding school while confronting the challenges that come along with being a teenager.

Nickelodeon star, Victoria Justice is one of two Latin stars (the other is Juanes) scheduled to give a live performance at tomorrow’s 84th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City, and the part Puerto Rican star told us she's feeling the pressure.
“I hear they get over 50 million TV viewers. That’s a lot of people watching!” the 17-year-old Justice told us. “I’m really, really excited and a little nervous."

An image of Dora the Explorer with a black eye, posing for a mugshot and labeled as an "illegal" has been generating a lot of internet buzz.
Sometimes, we must admit, Dora the Explorer gets on our nerves—mainly due to her high pitched voice and endless repetition of catch phrases. But she definitely does not deserve the treatment she has received at the hands of anonymous online haters. There is even a Facebook group entitled "Dora the Explorer is so an illegal immigrant," which dedicates itself to bashing the beloved Nickelodeon character.
