Colombian Electro-cumbia band Bomba Estereo have been on “fuego” ever since they made their U.S. debut in 2009 with the album Blow Up (Nacional Records)—and they’re not slowing down. Vocalist Li Saumet and producer Simón Mejía are fast at work on their next album as they continue to tour the country, shaking things up along the way. Latina.com had a chance to chat with Mejía before the band hit the stage in Chicago, and here’s what he had to say:

Teen sensation David Archuleta has finally announced the release of his second album, Other Side Down, for September 14th.
"I'm really looking forward to releasing this album. Most of the songs on the album represent thoughts and experiences that I've personally gone through,” says the American Idol runner-up. The album will launch with the single "Something 'Bout Love," commercially available on July 20th.

Last night, wearing a green khaki jacket over a tee and jeans, a casual Enrique Iglesias celebrated the launch of his first bilingual album, Euphoria, with friends like Wilmer Valderrama, Dayanara Torres, and Christian de la Fuente at a Target-sponsored event at MyHouse Night Club in Hollywood. Guests and excited fans danced to music spun by DJ Tony Touch and DJ Ruckus, while sipping special "Euphoria" cocktails.

La Reina de Reggaeton Ivy Queen just dropped a new music video for her song "La Vida Es Así." From the start, Ivy wags her impeccably manicured finger at the camera, letting us know she’s not the type of chica to get trampled on, then confronts the woman (her former assistant) who stole her man: "¡El hombre con quien sales es mío y tú lo sabes." But the singer spins the tables by admitting that she is thankful to be rid of that basura.

Known as “El Caballero de la Salsa” (The Gentleman of Salsa), Puerto Rican singer Gilberto Santa Rosa has been lauded for his improvisational skill on the mic ever since he started in the mid-‘80s. Fast forward twenty-plus years later and the suave crooner is still showcasing his lyrical dexterity, and nowadays he’s doing it without his trademark mustache. Yes, he shaved off the Tom Selleck–like 'stash for his upcoming 25th album, Irrepetible (out June 29; Sony Records).
