Puerto Rican-Filipino cutie Bruno Mars hit the stage this morning on NBC’s Today Show as part of the Toyota Concert Series. Wearing a green and black plaid jacket, a chauffeur hat and Ray-Ban sunglasses, the singer-songwriter belted out a couple of songs from his debut studio album Doo-Wops & Hooligans (Atlantic Records), including fan favorites “Just the Way You Are” and “Grenade.”

Despite the massive success of Fergie's 2006 solo album, The Dutchess, the lead singer of the Black Eyed Peas says she’s committed to the group and isn’t planning to pursue a solo career anytime soon.
"Definitely, in my lifetime, [but] not in the near future, no," she told reporters at the Glamour Women of The Year Event in New York City last week.

Puerto Rican duo Calle 13’s fourth studio album Entren Los Que Quieren drops on November 16th and the countdown is officially on. A mix of genres and sounds, the record tackles a range of topics, including personal freedom, cultural unity and conformity. Latina.com spoke to the usually quiet Eduardo José Martínez (aka Visitante) about the music and his controversial partner in crime. Here’s what he had to say:

Armando Christian Pérez, aka Pitbull, made his Spanish language debut today with the eponymous record Armando, which is dedicated to his late father. We caught up with the Cuban American rapper to talk about the record, its rhythms and the mujeres, of course.
Is there any difference between recording and performing in English vs. Spanish?
There’s no difference at all. I grew up with both languages and to me they both feel natural and I love performing both of them.
