It’s been three years since Dominican pop star Kat DeLuna whined her way into our lives with the 2007 hit “Whine Up” from the debut album 9 Lives and now she’s finally back with a new, more “risqué” look as she puts the finishing touches on her upcoming CD Inside Out (GMB/Universal Motown). Here's what Kat had to say about the project:
What have you been doing since your first album, 9 Lives?

La Reina de Reggaeton Ivy Queen just dropped a new music video for her song "La Vida Es Así." From the start, Ivy wags her impeccably manicured finger at the camera, letting us know she’s not the type of chica to get trampled on, then confronts the woman (her former assistant) who stole her man: "¡El hombre con quien sales es mío y tú lo sabes." But the singer spins the tables by admitting that she is thankful to be rid of that basura.

Kelis is hitting the airwaves again with a new single produced by Will.I.Am from her upcoming album, Fleshtone, which drops July 6th. The single, "4th of July (Fireworks)," is getting rave reviews from dance music fanatics and the new music video features the edgy songstress in a variety of natural elements like earth, water and fire. The "Milkshake" singer will once again bring all the boys to the yard this summer when she goes on tour with Swedish electropop phenom Robyn for the All Hearts Tour.

Colombian singer-songwriter Juanes took time off during his busy recording schedule this past Saturday to receive an award for his humanitarian work at the annual Fedex/St. Jude Angels & Stars Gala in Miami. The event was a benefit for the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, a pediatric cancer research center.
