Actress Cameron Diaz is going to take a leap in her career for a new project, and this time it isn't for a movie. Cameron is getting ready to go from actress to author as she stays busy writing a fitness book.

HarperCollins announced yesterday that the What to Expect When You're Expecting star has a contract agreement with the book publisher to release a book on health and wellness. The book is currently untitled and scheduled to hit store shelves in fall 2013.

The book celebrates the “physical and spiritual journey,” of both Sheen and his son is set to hit stores this Father’s Day. The memoir covers everything from the Estevez’s families roots in Spain to the special bond between the father and son. It also will touch on The Way, a film that will be directed by Estevez and will star Sheen.
