The Grammy Nominations Concert in downtown Los Angeles last night kicked off the countdown to the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards. Hosted by LL Cool J, the star-studded precursor to the big event included performances by Katy Perry, Train, Justin Bieber and other chart-toppers.

In August, Mexican singer Selena Gomez told us she really wants to learn Spanish. "I really want to get Rosetta Stone, because I really need to learn my language," Gomez declared.
Well, Selena must've invested in Rosetta Stone because the 18-year-old singer just released a Spanish version of her hit single, "A Year Without Rain."

Afro-Spanish singer Buika is kicking off a stateside tour this Friday in Chicago and if her last album, El Último Trago is any indication, she’s bound to unleash a torrent of raw emotion that will make you feel completely vulnerable. That’s the effect Buika has on everyone, including her good friend Pedro Almodóvar, who wrote the liner notes in the CD. Sofia Vergara wants her fellow country woman Shakira to guest star on her hit comedy series, but says that the pop star is hesitant to make another cross over into acting.
