Wisin y Yandel were the big winners of the Best Latino Artist award at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards (VMA)! The Puerto Rican reggaeton duo, who have more than 15 platinum albums in the U.S. and even more across Latin America, will accept their award during the network’s Spanish-subtitled transmission of the 2011 VMAs next Monday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. ET.

MTV Tr3s is premiering a new music video starring former RBD star Anahi called "Click" which will serve as the theme song from the highly-anticipated series Popland. The new half-hour show is about a young woman named Carla who moves from a small town to the bright lights of the big city. Sooner enough she finds her self caught up in a whirlwind of celebrity-studded parties, and lands a high profile job as a entertainment blogger for the fictional Popland.com.

Los Tigres del Norte have a big MTV Tr3s Unplugged special coming up soon. Taped at the Palladium in Hollywood on Tuesday, Feb. 8, the Unplugged special features the famed Mexican band joined by many contemporary Latin pop stars like their fellow country woman Paulina Rubio and Colombian rockero Juanes. Air dates are still pending, but until then, listen to the collaboration between Los Tigres and La Chica Dorado below. It's called "Golpes En El Corazon" and we're totally feeling it!

He was so proud to make history that he invited friends and family to his grandfather’s New Jersey restaurant to watch the premiere of his episode.
