Michael Garcia May Be the First Latino Head of the FBI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation may see its first Latino director in its 102 years of existence. Michael J. Garcia, who once headed Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, is the former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Garcia's wife is an FBI agent who successfully prosecuted the organizer behind the first World Trade Center bombing case in the mid-1990s.
