An 18-year-old Miami teen died on Tuesday after being Tasered by police.

According to Miami New Times, Miami Beach Police caught Israel Hernandez tagging a former McDonald's building near near 71st Street and Collins Avenue before fatally Tasering him.

"I just cant believe it," Hernandez's best friend Rafael Lynch told Miami New Times. "I still have his hat and his board. They still smell like him. It's crazy."
