I love freshly polished nails, but in the winter I absolutely dread getting manicures. I can't stand the thought of putting my already-cold hands in water, and in the end leaving them to dry under a fan that blows air on them. To make things worse, I obviously can't put my warm gloves on top of almost dry nails when it's time to leave for fear of getting a smudge (the horror!!).
