There's an art to wearing red lipstick. Once you master it, there's nothing more glamorous or dramatic than a perfectly done red lip.
First, make sure your lip area is prepped, by using concealer and/or foundation in the area around your lips to smooth out your skin tone. Then, carefully line your lips with a sharp liner in a neutral tone that matches your natural lip color. Now you're set to fill in the lips with the lipstick of your choice.
