We don’t really want to get into the whole Taco Bell fake vs. real meat debate, but the pending lawsuit against the fast food company made us take an informal poll of our Facebook fans to see what Latin fast food chains they love.

Chiquita International Brands is currently seeking dismissal of a nearly $8 billion lawsuit filed on behalf of about 400 Colombian families. In 2007, Chiquita admitted to giving money to the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia or AUC. The AUC was deemed a terrorist organization by the United States in 2002, making it a crime to give them money. The corporation asked a judge to dismiss lawsuits claiming the banana company has a responsibility to the families of the victims of violent acts committed by the AUC.

A flight attendant is looking to get $5 million from Jennifer Lopez for a dog bite. The woman filed suit last Thursday for a July 3, 2006 flight aboard a jet, where J.Lo boarded with a German Shepherd who was supposed to be a "well-behaved guard dog," according to court papers. The flight attendant, Lisa Wilson, walked past the dog who began "attacking her and biting her pant leg." She fell, injured her lower back, and is no longer working after a surgery last year.

There's no love for Oscar de la Hoya this Valentine's Day. Milana Dravnel, the stripper who sold pictures of Oscar in drag to the tabloids, is taking the boxing champ to court, Page Six is reporting. Dravnel claims Oscar falsly accused her of doctoring the photos and "intimidated" her. Dravnel's lawyer, Salvatore Strazullo, says, "I hope De La Hoya is wearing something red and not revealing to the courthouse.
