There’s a new Birkin bag in town, but this one is a lot lighter and affordable! One of the most wanted handbags out there is the Birkin bag by Hermes. It's classic and made with the finest leather and material in the market. The bag can basically cost you what your first car would, but for fashion lovers it’s well worth it. However, getting a similar look doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg!

With the anticipation of the olympics this year, fashion's gotten the sports bug! Runway to ready-to-wear collections are adding an athletic style to stylish designs, so for all you gym addicts now you can look super cute while you pump some iron on that elyptical. And, if you’re not into working out you now have the excuse to dress comfy but still be on trend.

We've always known opposites attract, but for years that usually related to relationships. Now it also applies to fashion. I see more fashionistas, like myself, and stylists, mixing feminine or sexy separates with edgy rocker pieces to get an unexpected chic look and I'm loving it!

Bring life and color to the dreary winter season with colored skinny jeans! I love them because they're so funky, sexy and stylish! My favorite colors are red, pink and orange and even though they are jeans, in these bright colors they don't feel like it.
A combination of color with fit will help you stand out immediately, plus, they are super versatile—you can wear them out to a club or just to run errands on the weekend. If you like to make a big entrance, you need to get your hands on some candy-colored denim!

Even though we're well into fall, I never put away a staple I really like just because the seasons are changing. By making a few alterations to your style you'll easily be able to keep rocking your favorite summer garments well into the cooler seasons. A ton of these summer staples can naturally transition to the fall.
Here are 5 summer trends I think are worth holding on to:
I love shorts! In the fall I wear them with tights, stockings or leggings and a cute pair of booties. Add leg warmers when the temperature really drops.

Every time I'm in a clothing store I end up in the sequined aisle, I guess that's just the Latina in me! Sequins are a way to show you're powerful and grab attention while looking glowing and romantic.
Sequined fashion has been around for a long time. Unlike today, sequined dresses only used to be appropriate for parties and galas—no one would dare rock sequins for a less formal affair. But today, our stylish generation has found new ways to make the beautiful shiny material everyday apparel. Nowadays, you can wear sequins for literally any occasion.

This past weekend I flew out to Los Angeles to do radio promotions for my new single ''Drop it Low" and to attend the MTV Video Music Awards. I also had to go to the BMI awards and a ton of other parties and events including a MUN2 interview and a club appearance for Kiss FM! I also had a Vibe magazine day-long photo shoot for a ''A Day in the Life of Kat Deluna'' piece they are working on.

Our celeb style contributor, Kat Deluna, answers your fashion questions!
I had a baby nine months ago. I’ve lost a lot of weight, but the extra pounds around my midsection won’t go away. How can I make that area appear slimmer?
One trick is wearing high-waisted bottoms. If you don’t feel comfy with that, you can try loose tops because they give the illusion of a slimmer body. Print pieces also work because the eye automatically focuses on the design of the print more than on your body.

Do you consider yourself a fashionista? Do you buy all the new trends and then when you look in your closet you have no idea what colors or patterns fit your "style"? Well, I do the same thing sometimes! As I get ready for a performance or event my question is always the same, “Do I look better in bright or dark colors?”
