Our favorite contemporary Spanish balladeer, Alejandro Sanz, continues his successful Paraiso Tour run throughout the United States, having kicked off the tour July 15th in Highland, California. Looks like Enrique Iglesias left a big impression on Dominican crooner Juan Luis Guerra when the pair collaborated on the bachata hit “Cuando Me Enamoro” off of the Spanish singer’s latest album Euforia (out now on Universal Latin).
“I really enjoyed working with Enrique. He has a great sense of humor,” Guerra told Latina.com. “He’s always making really clever jokes; you have to pay attention. He’s really smart.”

Bachata king Juan Luis Guerra is back, and he’s speaking Japanese. The first single from his upcoming eleventh studio album (out June 8 on Capitol Latin) is called “Bachata En Fukuoka.” It was inspired by the legendary singer’s trip to Japan last year, during which he visited the capital of Tokyo and Fukuoka, a city on the northern shore of the island of Kyushu that is considered to be the birthplace of Japanese civilization.

Juan Luis Guerra may be a legend in the music game, but he's not above collaborating with the next generation of talent. The Dominican singer announced that he recently hit the studio with Juanes and is working on a duet with the Colombian pop star. What's more, he hopes to collaborate soon with other young artists, including merenguero El Prodigio and bachata supergroup Aventura.
