Jennifer Lopez dazzled the crowd in Italy over the weekend when she performed at the Sanremo music festival. She started off singing a medley of her greatest hits including "Jenny from the Block," "Waiting for Tonight," "Love Don't Cost a Thing," "Get Right" and "Lets Get Loud." Wearing a skintight, studded leather black catsuit, La Lopez danced around the stage and showed everyone why 40 is the new 30.

She topped off her appearance with "What Is Love?" her latest single of her new album Love? which is set to be released in April, 2010.
