She was charged with disorderly conduct and her husband, Jim Toth, was taken in for driving under the influence. Times have been tough for the Rivera family. Over two months after the tragic death of Jenni Rivera, her eldest son Michael Marin (born Trinidad Angelo Marin) was arrested in Miami, Florida yesterday.
On the same day that the late regional Mexican singer was being honored at Premio Lo Nuestro, Marin was detained for a minor act of vandalism and charged with criminal mischief.
