Hillary Clinton dropped a bomb last week while talking to the Ecuadorean press when she declared that the White House was planning to file a federal law suit to stop Arizona from enacting their stringent new immigrations laws.
"President Obama has spoken out against the law because he thinks that the federal government should be determining immigration policy," Secretary Clinton said in an interview with Quito-based television station NTN24. "And the Justice Department, under his direction, will be bringing a lawsuit against the act."

We love Patti Solis Doyle and are proud of her for being the first Latina EVER to head up a presidential campaign. After being fired and blamed (unfairly, we might add) for the demise of Hillary Clinton's presidential aspirations, she wisely joined up with President Barack Obama's camp when he secured the Democratic Party's nomination. Unfortunately for Solis Doyle, there didn't seem to be much room left at the top when Obama took office and she once again found herself out of work.

Señora Clinton, you better fire one of your assistants, and quick! How did the Secretary of State not know about the glorious and miraculous apparition of the Virgin of Guadalupe in Mexico? She's only the patron saint of the entire country!
But apparently, during her recent trip to to our neighbor to the south, Clinton was taken by surprise when she made an unexpected stop at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in order to leave a bouquet of white flowers on "behalf of the American people."

It was the VP selection that rocked this country’s presidential race. John McCain’s selection of Sarah Palin as his running mate definitely shook things up. Perhaps it was a decision made to draw Clinton supporters away from Obama’s camp, or maybe McCain chose her to energize the traditionally more conservative base of the Republican party. Who knows?
