The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced an anti-smoking campaign specifically targeted on black and Latino youth on Tuesday, NBC reports. The campaign, called Fresh Empire, uses hip-hop to promote a tobacco-free lifestyle for teenagers ages 12-17.
