Jennifer Lopez is staging a three-pronged attack against her pregnancy weight gain: The reformed diva is training to participate in a triathlon this fall. Her trainer Gunnar Peterson reveals how he's preparing his long-time client to win the race--and get her back to her pre-baby body.
"The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and the freedom," he tells OK! Magazine. "She's going to get it done because she wants to."
