As the co-creator and co-star of Portlandia and the second-longest running cast mate on SNL, Fred Armisen draws plenty of inspiration from his Latino roots. The half-Venezuelan comedian is known for creating hilarious and insanely popular characters on the NBC franchise, including the Dominican talk show host Manuel Ortiz and the timbales-playing Fericito, also known for his catch phrase, “I’m jus kiddin.’”

On yesterday's episode of The View, Whoppi Goldberg spilled the beans on the weekend marriage of Venezolano Saturday Night Live star Fred Armisen and Mad Men actress Elisabeth Moss.
The couple got married on the one-year anniversary of their first meeting—swoon—which also happened to be the night that Jon Hamm guest starred on SNL. They were wed at The Foundry in Long Island City, New York.

Usmagazine.com is reporting SNL actor Fred Armisen and Mad Men’s Elizabeth Moss are getting married. Armisen, who comes from a Venezuelan, German and Japanese background, and his soon-to-be bride don’t want to share too many details. "It happened just a few days ago," Moss first told usaweekend.com on Thursday.
