We think they meant well...but....que?!
The Minnesota Vikings accidentally offended many Latinos when they posted an unfortunate tweet celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. On Sunday, the team played Cleveland, and posted this tweet:
“We are celebrating National Hispanic Heritage Month at today’s game. #BeatTheBrowns.”

With his protective boot gone, Victor Cruz said his bruised heel will not be a problem as the New York Giants receiver expects to play in the regular-season opener against the Dallas Cowboys Sept. 8.
"Feeling good," Cruz said Tuesday, a day after the boot came off his injured left foot. "It's been better, feels a lot better, a lot of the swelling has gone down. Obviously, looking forward to better days coming."

Sunday night was tinged in emotion for the New York Giants. Especially for Victor Cruz.
During the team’s game against the Atlanta Falcons yesterday, our June-July 2012 cover model wrote the name “Jack Pinto” on his cleats and gloves. The gesture was a tender tribute to the 6-year-old boy, who was among those killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting last week in Newtown, Connecticut.

Mark Sanchez probably thought he was in the clear after the New York Jets passed on signing Peyton Manning. So imagine everyone's surprise when word started to spread that quarterback Tim Tebow might be joining the team. A few sports analysts wrote it off as a publicity stunt until it became a reality Wednesday night. Now everyone is sharing their opinion -- not all of it positive -- and wondering what will happen with Mark Sanchez.

Fresh off his big Super Bowl win, you'd think New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz would be taking a minute to breathe, but it seems like the Afro-Latino cutie's everywhere, from salsa dancing at the Grammys to hitting up all the hottest events. Last night, Victor stopped by to celebrate the launch of Old Spice's new products and we were able to snag a few minutes with one of sports' biggest names.

- Spring training is in full swing as more and more players are stepping out onto the field for the first time since last season. Yesterday, New York Mets pitcher Johan Santana got off to an impressive start with two shutout innings against the St. Louis Cardinals. It was all anybody could talk about last night as the Mets had their first pre-season win. Let's hope things pick up for them!
