If you’re in the process of trying to lose your belly fat and have a major event, a first date, or even a vacation and want to “appear” slimmer than what you are, I have a few instant fixes that I would like to share with you.
It is possible to flatten your belly and look slimmer without exercise. Now, this is only a temporary fix and I do recommend you continue on your course to losing your belly fat. Below are my 5 ways:

When I go to the gym, I really don’t think about my appearance. I definitely make certain to smell fresh and I definitely don’t wear make-up! In a few of my photos you see me looking like a straight tomboy! LOL I usually don’t care because I’m so focused on training.
