I love working out when it doesn’t feel like I’m working out. Do any of you feel this way? To me, the best kind of workout is one that doesn't feel like you're exercising at all. Thank goodness that summer is here and there are so many activities that you can do in order to get your body moving and burn those unwanted calories without feeling like you are in the gym.
