Miguel has landed himself in quite a bit of trouble.

The "Adorn" singer was arrested Thursday on suscpicion of DUI.

According to ET Online, Miguel was pulled over at around 2:15 a.m. for speeding and having tinted windows.

The singer was given a sobriety test, which police allege he failed.

Miguel was released on a $5,000 bail later that day, and is due to appear in court on September 9.

Nicole Richie's Probation Ends Ahead of Schedule

A month before its scheduled end date, Nicole Richie's probation for a 2006 DUI violation has been terminated early, according to TMZ.com. She had originally been sentenced to four days in jail but spent less than two hours in the slammer before being placed on probation.

Richie's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court this morning to prove that Richie had completed the terms of her probation.
