Talia Joy Castellano has been creating beauty videos for the past six years, and has risen to become one of the ultimate YouTube beauty stars. The 13-year-old has also been battling terminal cancer for six years. Seen as a beacon of hope and inspiration for many, the young star has had many dreams come true -- including meeting Ellen DeGeneres last year and becoming an honorary Cover Girl. But now, she gets to add one more dream to her accomplished list: fashion designer.

CNN’s Early Start co-anchor Zoraida Sambolin has revealed that Angelina Jolie’s recent story encouraged her to come forward about her battle with breast cancer. While on-air yesterday, the 47-year-old journalist said she was diagnosed with breast cancer three weeks ago and plans on having a double mastectomy.

For 6-year-old brain cancer patient, Nico Castro, Halloween is the most important day of the year. The young boy, who was diagnosed with medulloblastoma, is undergoing chemotherapy at the Kaiser Permanente’s Oakland Medical Center in California.
Although Nico was cleared for treatment in time for Halloween, he grew concerned for other sick children who may not be home for the special holiday. “I don’t want them to miss out on candy,” said Nico to Today.com.

She is currently treating her three-malignant thymoma at the USC Hospital in Los Angeles.
