Fergie graces the cover of the latest issue of Allure and totally puts to rest the rumors that sex after marriage is boring!
Talking about married life after getting hitched to her hunky hubby Josh Duhamel in January, she says of their sex life, "Nothing's changed in that department. I like to have fun with my costume onstage; why wouldn't I in the bedroom?" She goes on teasing, "Girl, I've got a big chest of fun little numbers, ones that I would never wear in public," admitting that she loves to play dress up for Josh.

So the last two weeks in NYC have been absolutely miserable and I hate to admit it, but I've totally fallen off with my workouts! Luckily, its supposed to be sunny this weekend and I'm going to use the respite to get my butt back into motion by taking a run in the park. Even though I've managed to keep the weight off without my regular workout routine for the last two weeks, I really miss the way that keeping my body active made me feel—especially the extra energy and the strength I had begun to build.

Over the course of a rough 2008, I lost an alarming 10 pounds. Not much to some, but when you’re already treading through underweight territory, it can be downright dangerous.

Although I’ve always wanted to be fuller, I never really knew how to gain weight the right way. The thought of stuffing my face with a mountain of food as often as possible killed my appetite so I usually went about it the seemingly easier (read: unhealthy) way by choosing burgers and fries or any other greasy option on the menu when I ate out. Well for this challenge I wanted to pack on the pounds while keeping my risk for heart failure at a minimum. So I turned to nutritionist Christina Persaud for a list of healthy foods containing good-for-me fats.

I just got back from a wonderful trip to the Dominican Republic, and frankly I wish I was still there—soaking up that Caribbean sunshine, diving into the buffet food and chilling by the pool while checking out the eye candy.
