So this fall, we set out to grade the major TV networks (and some cable networks, too) to find out if they're featuring enough Latinos in their primetime shows. The eighth and final season of ABC's hit comedy, Desperate Housewives premieres tonight (9/8c), and with the series coming to an end, we thought it would be fun to take a look back at the beauty transformation that Eva Longoria's character, Gaby Solis went through over the last seven years on the show. With the Fall TV season starting next week (September 13th), we decided there was no better time to evaluate the diversity efforts of various TV networks (both broadcast & cable). Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be grading the networks (including FOX, NBC, CBS, HBO, and Showtime, among others), on how well (or not well) they feature Latino stars on primetime television. Ramon Rodriguez was born to play Bosley, his character in the new ABC show Charlie’s Angels—or so the Puerto Rican actor said during a recent press tour in California, alongside the show’s co-creator and fellow cast members. Bosley is the middleman between Charlie and the Angels in the new rendition of the classic television show, which premieres September 22nd.

Puerto Rican actress Eva La Rue pretty much grew up on ABC’s All My Children, so we asked the CSI: Miami star—who is returning to the soap for its final stretch this summer—why she thinks daytime soaps (like AMC) are dying. Surprisingly enough, La Rue said it might have something to do with interest in tech-savvy TV shows, like the CSI series!

On ABC’s Dancing with the Stars results show last night Mike Catherwood (or “Psycho Mike” as he’s known to his listeners on LoveLine with Dr. Drew), became the first season 12 contestant to be sent home.
The 32-year-old mexicano's exit was not a surprise since he and his partner Lacey Schwimmer earned the lowest scores last week when they danced the fox trot.
