Argentina was victorious at the Oscars as Juan Jose Campanella took home the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language film for his crime thriller El Secreto de Sus Ojos (The Secret of Their Eyes). The film starred one of the country's most illustrious stars, Ricardo Darín, as a federal police agent obsessed with a the rape and murder of a young woman that he investigated 30 years prior.
