Star Tracker: Lauren Velez, Luis Fonsi, Adriana Lima, and more!

— Oh no. Will Showtime’s Dexter reach its end soon? According to EW, the hit show starring Lauren Velez is set to conclude after two seasons. Showtime entertainment president David Nevins spoke about the show’s endgame at a holiday party in Los Angeles yesterday. “There’s things that are going to happen [this season] that will set up a very clear endgame that will take two seasons to tell,” he said. “You have got to be there for the last two episodes.” We will!

FOX has announced its midseason schedule, and American Idol is set to kick off on Wednesday, Jan. 18, according to TV Guide. The time? 8/7c. We will soon see Boricua superstar Jennifer Lopez back at it as a judge on the hit singing competition.

— Ouch! Luis Fonsi was burned recently during a concert when someone mishandled pyrotechnics on stage, People en Español reports. The 33-year-old Boricua singer has his right arm bandaged and later thanked his Twitter followers for the get-well wishes.

— Trouble for those behind the summer hit film Cowboys & Aliens. According to Deadline, Steven John Busti claims the idea was stolen from him. He wrote a 1995 comic story with the same title. Cowboys & Aliens had a great run in theatres and stars Mexican actress Ana de la Reguera.

— Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima defends her diet. According to U Interview, the Brazilian bombshell model responded to backlash received after she spoke about her “liquid-only” diet she does to prepare for the Victoria’s Secret runway shows. “It's not that I do crazy diets throughout the year,” Lima told E! Online. “I just do it for this particular thing. After this show, I become normal again!” We’d hope so.
