The hair at Jill Stuart Fall 2013 was chic, yet simple and fresh, conceptualized by the legendary Odile Gilbert for Kérastase Paris.
Gilbert, one of the world's most sought after hairstylists, was very easy going and carefree, much like the look as she spoke with Latina on how to recreate this yourself and her three must have products.
First, create a middle part while hair is still damp, blow dry hair with a diffuser using mousse to create texture. Next, in large sections, curl hair from the middle of the hair on down using a large barrel curling iron and apply a small amount of serum to smooth it out to just the ends.
Tousle hair at the top of the head for a bit more ease and seal the deal with hairspray. She swears by the Mousse Volumactive, Double Force Hair Spray, and Fibre Architecte – a reconstructive serum that repairs damaged, split ends by Kérastase Paris of course. Finally, a look we can wear straight off the runway.
