Selena Gomez is prepping to use her new album as break-up therapy. The 20-year-old singer, who recently split from her longtime boyfriend Justin Bieber, confirmed that her fourth studio album would be released in March 2013.
Ryan Seacrest confirmed the news via Twitter on Wednesday and posted, "@selenagomez just told me new album in march fyi." The radio host and Selenita were both in Dallas, Texas to celebrate the opening of Seacrest’s new studio for kids at the Children’s Medical Center.
Selena’s last album When the Sun Goes Down spawned several hits including, “Who Says” and “Love You Like a Love Song.” Although she officially split from her co-band The Scene after the album dropped in 2011, we imagine that she has plenty of inspiration to work with post-split.
