INGREDIENTS

14 oz. fresh or frozen sapote or mamey pulp

3 cups coarsely chopped fresh pineapple

2 oz. sherry

2 oz. tequila

1/2 cup water

3 tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 cups crushed ice

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
