OFFICIAL RULES

“Paul Mitchell Photo Shoot Sweepstakes”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions), 18 years of age or older. Void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor (as defined below), and its affiliates, Paul Mitchell ("Promotional Partner") respective parents, affiliates subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (parent, spouse, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to participate or win the prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 15, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. ET on May 15, 2008 (the "Entry Period"), visit www.latina.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Online Entries"). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on May 15, 2008 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address after the first entry received from that person or email address will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING: Potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about May 16, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner(s) will be notified by mail, phone, and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where lawful a publicity release. If potential winner(s) is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner(s) within a reasonable time period, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner(s) selected. If a winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her state of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

PRIZE (1): One (1) Winner will be part of a Paul Mitchell Photo Shoot to be held in Los Angeles, CA on a date in June 2008 (TBD). Winner and his/her Travel Companion shall also receive two (2) nights hotel accommodations comprised of: (i) one (1) standard room, double occupancy, including room taxes, for two (2) nights at a hotel within the City of Los Angeles or surrounding area (the "Los Angeles Hotel") (to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); (ii) round-trip, coach class air transportation (including taxes) to Los Angeles, CA for each Winner and his/her Travel Companion from the U.S. gateway airport nearest each Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor). Actual value of Trip may vary based upon each Winner's city of residence. If any Winner resides within a One Hundred (100) mile radius of Los Angeles, CA ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Three thousand five hundred Dollars ($3,500.00). All federal, state and local taxes as well as all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). All prize details shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner(s) may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value.

Winners and their Travel Companions must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice. No substitutions, partial acceptance, transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winners. Winners and their Travel Companions must travel on dates specified by Sponsors or the Trip shall be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsors shall have no further obligation to such Winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value in the event a described prize or any portion thereof, is unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Winners and/or their Travel Companions are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including, without limitation, meals, incidentals, additional ground transportation, souvenirs, tips, telephone calls or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred during the Trip. Winners and/or their parents or legal guardians are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes incurred by acceptance and use of the prize (or any portion thereof). Travel Companion also agrees not to interfere with the Winner’s Photo Shoot in any manner. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or illegible entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, electronic or network relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion and if terminated, at its direction, select the winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by entering and participating in this Promotion, agree that Sponsor, and its affiliates, promotional partners and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, shareholders and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Promotion. Winner(s), by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
