Recent studies have found that doing away with racism could possibly help you live longer.

According to Fusion, medical studies have shown that racial bias can lead to chronic stress problems for the victim, which can lead to a change in how our brains function and respond to germs.

A study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation found that blacks and Hispanics have more health complications and shorter life expectancy than Caucasians, because these two groups are usually on the receving end of racism.

In addition, reports have found that racism can also bring on anxiety, depression and cardiovascular health issues.

Do you think eliminating racism could help reduce medical issues?
