Alex Rodriguez isn't accepting his suspension without a fight.
On Monday, the New York Yankess third baseman sued Major League Baseball and its players' union, The Huffington Post reports.
Rodriguez is hoping to overturn his season-long suspension, which is the longest drug-related suspension given to an MLB player.
He alleges the players' union breached its "duty of fair representation" and states MLB and the MLBPA imposed the suspension without just cause.
According to ESPN, A-Rod's lawyers filed the suit in U.S. District Court alleging that arbitrator, Fredric Horowitz, was biased in his ruling. Horowitz handed Rodriguez a 162-game ban on Saturday
